The "Banbury Room" is a large quiet room with a magnificent view of Banbury Point, Sickle Point, Skaha Lake, and the South Okanagan Valley. This room features queen bed, seating area, and ensuite bathroom with large shower.

THE PONDEROSA ROOM

The "Ponderosa Room", another large room, boasting a superb view of Skaha Lake east and south towards Ponderosa Point and the South Okanagan Valley. This room features both a queen bed and a day bed allowing two people to have separate beds, or it can accommodate a third member in the party. This room has a separate private bathroom with large shower.

*** Both rooms offer such amenities as writing desk and chair, access to high-speed wireless internet, TV & VCR, and small refrigerator. The walk-in closet, complete with drawer and shelf unit, is supplied with robes and slippers. Hair dryers are supplied in the bathrooms as well as a complete toiletries basket that should satisfy any of your needs. A large common room separates the two guest rooms. It has a comfortable seating area with gas fireplace, and boasts a refurbished 1900's pool table, old style pinball machine and various table games. Limited kitchen facilities are available and supplied with a selection of hot and cold beverages.

THE LIBRARY

The "Library" is a large quiet room located on the main floor and is available for an extra person in your party. This room features queen bed, TV & VCR and a separate private bathroom with tub/shower. Pricing on request.

VACATION SUITE

Includes both the Ponderosa and Banbury Rooms as part of a self contained "Vacation Suite". Enjoy the large common room with a comfortable seating area, TV & VCR, gas fireplace, and access to high-speed wireless internet. Various table games and a refurbished 1900's pool table are available for your enjoyment. The "Vacation Suite" has a fully equipped galley kitchen, eating area, as well as private deck with Bar-BQ. Three night minimum stay with full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.

Rates $250.00 per night for four persons - pricing for extra persons on request

Seasonal Discounts

Winter Season - Our regular rates are discounted by 20% for the winter season, which begins after the Fall Wine Festival and continues until the Victoria Day Weekend, with the exception of the Christmas/New Years Holiday Season.

Policies

Confirmation - To confirm your reservation a deposit of the first nights fees is required.
Cancellation - A $25.00 cancellation fee is applicable to all cancelled reservations: this fee will be applied as a credit to your next visit. A refund of the deposit (less the $25.00 fee) will be issued if the cancellation is given with more than seven days notice (thirty days notice for the Vacation Suite); with seven (thirty for the Vacation Suite) or fewer days notice the entire deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-let the room

Minimum Stay - A minimum stay of two nights is required for holiday long weekends: a four night minimum stay is required for the IronMan Weekend: a three night minimum stay is required for the Vacation Suite.
